After-Sales Service Program
At Zeppelin Energy Solutions, our commitment to quality doesn’t end after installation. Our After-Sales Service Program ensures that you continue to receive support, maintenance, and peace of mind long after your system is up and running.
What’s Included:
Product Support & Guidance
Our team is available to answer any questions you may have about operating your new system, troubleshooting basic issues, or understanding its energy efficiency features.
Warranty Assistance
We help manage warranty claims and repairs covered under the manufacturers or installer’s warranty. If any issues arise, we’ll coordinate service quickly and efficiently to minimise disruption.
Maintenance Reminders
You’ll receive reminders when regular maintenance is due to keep your equipment running at peak performance, extend its lifespan, and maintain energy efficiency.
Scheduled Service Visits
We offer optional scheduled maintenance checks at 6 or 12-month intervals. These inspections include filter cleaning, performance testing, and system diagnostics.
Priority Support
Customers under our After-Sales Program receive priority response times for service bookings, technical support, and emergency callouts.
Environmentally Responsible Disposal
If you’re upgrading again in future, we provide responsible disposal or recycling services for old units as part of our sustainability commitment.
