Do I need to replace an existing system?
Yes — to qualify for certain rebates (like the $500 air conditioner offer), you must be replacing an existing, working system. This could include an older air conditioner, gas heater, or hot water unit. We’ll decommission the old system as part of the upgrade.
How long does installation take?
Most standard residential installations take half a day to a full day, depending on the complexity of the job. We’ll give you a clear time estimate during your quote, and our licensed technicians ensure minimal disruption and a clean finish.
What is a VEEC?
VEEC stands for Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificate. Each VEEC represents a measurable amount of energy saved by installing an efficient product. These certificates are created under the VEU program and help reduce the cost of your installation. Zeppelin Energy Solutions handles the certificate process for you — no paperwork required on your end.
Is an ABN required? (For wholesale purchases)
Yes — an ABN is required for wholesale orders. If you’re purchasing at wholesale prices (for trade, commercial, or bulk supply), you must provide a valid Australian Business Number. Residential customers can still purchase retail systems and access rebates, even without an ABN.
